Our gymnastics center provides
Aerobic, Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics
in the following programs.
TINY STARS
A toddlers movement program for children under the age of 5 years. Exploration of basic gymnastic skills, strength developing activities, building of focus on gross movement patterns.
RISING STARS
Introduction to performance artistic gymnastics for children aged 6 years and above. Starting from basic routines on bars, beam, vault, and floor. As the child progresses complexity in routines is gradually introduced. The goal is to perfect form at the foundational level, enjoy being part of a team and develop a positive training attitude.
SHINING STARS
As they learn and grow, our gymnasts can move into the competitive program. The elite program focuses on developing physical strength and flexibility as well as mastery of apparatus techniques. These gymnasts will be trained in competitive-level routines and FIG-compliant techniques for the local, district, state and the national level.
ADULTS GYMNASTICS
Programs for weight loss, flexibility, strength and conditioning.
